Writers in Residence
Chamomile Retreat offers residencies of one week to one month or more, year round to
poets, fiction writers, children's authors, and creative nonfiction writers in the north
Georgia mountains, just 80 miles north of Atlanta and 20 minutes from the Appalachian
Trail. Private residency in the Casita, a beautiful suite with kitchen, full bathroom, writing
desk and private deck. Residency fees $225.00 per week. Rates are discounted after the
first week. 5 hours/week work exchange available.
Amenities include: desk and wireless internet connection (no shared computer or
printer), TV/DVD player. (meals are not included)
