Reservation Information
• All reservations require a $50.00 deposit
Deposit amount on Weekly rate is $250.00
• We accept Credit Card payments through Paypal
• Check-in between 3:00 & 6:00 pm
• Check-out 11:00 am

Policies
• We offer accommodations for persons over 21 years of age
• Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas
• Pets allowed in the Cottage only

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to your
stay; otherwise there will be a $25.00 cancellation/processing fee
